By accessing or using the services of Debt & Credit Guys ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide marketing, advertising, lead generation, and consulting services to credit, debt, and financial services brands. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate signed engagement agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and compliant materials. You are responsible for ensuring that your business operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including those governing credit repair, debt relief, and consumer financial services.
Fees, retainers, and ad-spend are due per the schedule in your engagement agreement. Late payments may result in pause or termination of services.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business. We retain rights to our proprietary methods, templates, frameworks, and the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Marketing results vary. While we draw on proven strategies and historical performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, ranking, or conversion outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the engagement per the terms of the signed agreement. Fees earned through the termination date remain due.
